Every couple months I've started to host a twitter commission contest draw as a thank-you to the awesome folk who take an interest in my 140 character ramblings. My last two winners randomly happened to be right on the verge of graduating college/university (an exciting and optimistic time I remember well)! Best of luck to both ladies :)
